Okay, two more

Someone saw a bear someone else ordered and she wants some, too.

Last two!

2 more bears to make and orders are done!  Whew!  Offered a week turn around with deposit and boy was that crazy and not so fun.

But the bears were cute, people were happy, and I got paid.

Didn't get my polars quite finished so they'll get a red ribbon instead of a scarf. Walgreens already has Valentine's bears out so I'll do the same.

But no special orders.  You gotta buy what I've got made and am selling.

2018 goals

1.  Participate in a bear show. They're like a craft show, but just bears and maybe dolls, depending on the show.  There's one in Illinois in April but my fears are telling me that's too soon. Gotta get over that.

2. Introduce a line of limited, collectible bears. Have to hunt down the accessories I need to make sure I have enough to complete the project.

3.  Raise my prices.  Give appropriate worth to what I do.

4. Create a facebook page for the bear business. Get some likes. 😁

5. Use the Instagram account and show off what I do.

Still sewing

I'm going to work on a new pattern tomorrow in the midst of bears I need to make for orders.

Found some pretty white fur to make polars.  Scarfs and mittens and a cap if I can create one where their ears can stick out.

My arm hurts!

And I'm exhausted. Enlisted help for bear orders and that went oh too well.

If I stay up, I can probably get three more bears completed and that would put me over 50 bears ready and I've still got the rest of Oct and all of Nov to produce.

I just might not take old material into the new year (which is fast approaching).

Back to work.

That time again

Pulling out the bear stuff.

First goal:  Get enough bears/dolls done for two different events.

Second goal:  Do not take any material or fur into 2018.  Sew it all up!
